It was a chocolate-overload-Saturday. Aside from our church choir’s Pre-Christmas party, we also had a late birthday celebration of the two cute girls (Elizabeth & Holly), daughters of our Conductress and Pianist, respectively.
I baked this 7-inch chocolate cake frosted and filled with chocolate buttercream and also topped with ganache.
I’ve always wanted to use Kit Kat to decorate a cake, a popular cake design in the web. This celebration gave me the chance to use it 🙂 Instead of the M&M’s, the cake was topped with chocolate and white maltesers.
